Privacy notice
Information under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors to the Triconform website and for people who contact us. The Czech version is authoritative.

The website form stores no data: when you submit it, your e-mail program opens and you send the message. The data reaches us by e-mail.
Recipients
We process the data ourselves. We are assisted by processors: the provider of our e-mail service and the provider of the website hosting. If you ask for expert help with implementation, we pass your contact details to our expert partner ABSEC s.r.o., company ID 08387508. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no third-party content. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent anywhere.
Your rights
- the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal – just e-mail info@abuco.cz,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Data in the Triconform application
Data that customers keep in the Triconform application is processed by ABUCO ICT s.r.o. as a processor under a data processing agreement with the customer. This notice does not apply to it.
